Dervolit’s modern production complex is located in Birlik Organize Sanayi (BOSB) in Beylikdüzü district of İstanbul.
Factory; unit operations are such as; plastic part production, assembly, pad printing, food packaging and storage. Processes from storage of starting materials up to storage and delivery of finished products.
All stages of the production process are supported by standard and quality assurance procedures are produced by modern machinery equipments.
The quality of the complex production complies with ISO 9001 and ISO Quality Management Systems.
- In 1993, Dervolit established in Istanbul Turkey, for the supply of of semi-finished products and assembly for the electrical household appliances sector.
- In 1996, Dervolit expanded its service range by including plastic injection in the metal assembly department.
- In 2003, Dervolit settled its own closed production area of 1600m2.
- 2010 Dervolit developed the product “Balgo Honey Spoon” in-house and presented it to the market.
- 2012 Dervolit started to export with the brand “Balgo Honey Spoon”.
- Clean room installation and expansion in 2013
